Register for STEAR for Emergency Assistance

Register with STEAR

Do you or anyone you know need some assistance during times of an emergency event? The state of Texas presents the STEAR program. The STEAR program is a free registry that provides local emergency planners and emergency responders with additional information on the needs in their community. Prior to the event, registrants will be contacted to see if they still need assistance.  It is better to be registered and not use it; than need assistance and not be registered.

If you or a family member will need assistance in evacuation, dial "211" and register with the State Of Texas Emergency Assistance Registry or "STEAR" here.

Those with upper respiratory conditions may desire a call when smoke or other normally non-life-threatening material is in the air. Prepare now for those situations. If you wish a call when the air situation is likely to affect you, please call City Hall at 281-326-1951 and ask to be notified.

Help your friends and neighbors by sharing this information with them. Be safe and be prepared!
