Adding a right turn lane at the corner of Loch Lake and Repsdorph will help traffic flow, especially in the mornings. Is that possible?

Due to growth and development in our community the increase in vehicular traffic and business traffic has created an almost constant significant increase in noise pollution for the families that reside in homes and streets border NASA Rd. In addition to the psychological, physiological and mental effects that constant high volume noise can produce in humans, the decrease in property value of homes bordering a commercially zoned area is also a concern. We are seeing more areas in greater Houston/Harris County that are opting to provide some form of barrier between commercial and residential areas.

On October 6, 2015, a landmark and local hardware business burnt to the ground.By the grace of God, no one was hurt. The family is grateful but is now dealing with the loss of their livelihood and a business that has been a part of the El Lago and Houston communities for decades.Space City Hardware was more than a hardware store. The owner of the store is known for his kindness to every person who walks through his doors. He is the kind of man who provides free equipment and aid to complete strangers during hurricanes, even if it is at his own expense. Now we have an opportunity to return the favor.
We are raising funds to rebuild this landmark and support this family in their difficult time. Any and all donations will be greatly appreciated. The family has been a part of the Houston community for over twenty years, and has lost a lot in this tragedy. We will be so thankful for your help and support

We will start picking up the trees after the st of the year. Lets keep the trees out the Dump where they are of no use, and take up volume in waste management. They have serves us, not lets give them a chance to get back to nature.

PM School zone: Currently, Les Talley is oneway from Loch Lake to Huntercrest, so there is no southbound traffic on Les Talley. Whitecap is oneway from Bellgrove to Les Talley, so there is no eastbound traffic on Whitecap. I am proposing that we officially make Whitecap oneway between Bellgrove and Loch Lake. Since there is no traffic coming from Les Talley and Whitecap due to current oneway designations, I think this should not be a problem. WHY, YOU ASK? The right hand lane on Whitecap is at a stand-still starting around 3pm. Many cars could be lining up for the charter school, but can't get to the charter school line because they are stuck in the EdWhite line on Whitecap which doesn't get moving until close to 3:20pm. By not allowing cars to bypass the EdWhite line you are going to find that line stack up much quicker. I wouldn't be surprised if it backs up to Repsdorph. Having the cop & crossing guard at Whitecap & LesTalley to manage the corner turn, should keep kids safe.

I strongly favor option A (no thru connection) over option b (thru connected) to help with the Ed White traffic flow. I do not think another through entrance into El Lago serves the interest of the citizens as general traffic flow, security of the city, and more traffic by the elementary schools could be the result.
